This show consists of two things that make this thing we call "Life" keep going , those two things would happen to be "Music" and "Sports". I will give you insights on what's going on locally with the latest & hottest High school, college, and even the Pro's. Speaking on things like the leading scorers, game analytics, or even player spotlights'

Also, I will be discussing the Music scene as well, including topics like ' Who is in  my top rotation of music' ,or my favorite genre of music,  or even the artist I feel deserve the spotlight or recognition from their own Sandbox Perspective.
